21 Oct Have Your Say on the Industry’s Future at the DRCF Innovation and Regulation Roundtable
As the possibilities of the digital content we produce expand along with our technology, the responsibility we have to regulate it does too. The Digital Regulation Cooperation Forum (DRCF) was set up with this very purpose in mind and, in association with Scottish Games Week, they are hosting a roundtable event on Wednesday the 26th of October.
The Room Where it Happens
Located at the Edinburgh Training and Conference Venue, the event will consist of two roundtable sessions and a networking lunch. The sessions will give attendees the opportunity to discuss the regulatory challenges that face smaller startups and true innovators, and how the regulations we have could perhaps better serve us in our journey to innovate and provide for our customers.
The networking lunch will give attendees the chance to meet others in the industry, as well as local gaming-focused academics, to discuss this important subject even further.
This is a unique opportunity to influence the way in which digital content is regulated, and to have your say on the policies which could one day shape our collective virtual future. It’s an extremely exciting event, and it’s one that Scottish Games Week is proud to support.
Tickets to the event are free, and you can grab yours here.
