02 Oct Applications Open For Scottish Games Week’s Exhibition Space
Applications are now open to developers, game creators and businesses to exhibit and demo their games Scottish Games Week 2023.
Expo space is available at the two-day SGW Conference, which takes place at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh on Monday, October 30th & Tuesday 31st October and More Than Games, in the Corinthian Club in Glasgow on Friday, November 3rd.
Scottish Games Week is reserving free space in its new ‘Indie Zone’, especially for developers from excluded or disadvantaged backgrounds and smaller development studios or career starters, working on their first or second games.
Participants will be given free exhibition passes, enabling them to meet and network with industry delegates, publishers, potential funders, the media and other exhibitors.
“The goal is to use the conference as a showcase for developers across the whole of Scotland, or developers from Scotland,” said Brian Baglow, director of Scottish Games Week. “We will be welcoming over 300 people through the doors on both days of the conference, including many publishers, industry leaders and media representatives. We want to make sure that audience gets a chance to see all of the new work from the biggest studios and brands, through to emerging and new talent.”

“One of the most requested features for Scottish Games Week 2023 was more space to showcase games,” said Baglow. “So we have made sure that both our opening and closing events – the SGW Conference and More Than Games – have extensive space for developers to come and do just that.”
Applications for exhibition space at Scottish Games Week’s Industry Conference or More Than Games are simple, fast and can be made online.
